At Beardstown Therapy Clinic, we strive to maintain excellent relationships with our medical providers. To our referring providers, we promise the following:
- We will value your time as a provider and only communicate when necessary.
- After referral to our clinic, we will take care of scheduling, treatment, and communication back to the referring provider.
- We will attempt to contact every patient your refer 3 times. If the patient does not reply, we will contact the referring provider to notify them the patient has not responded.
- All patients referred via fax will be contacted within 1 business day.
- We will always be available for consultations. Please ask us questions!
- We will communicate how the provider wishes for us to communicate within our means as a private clinic. No excess paperwork.
- We promise to be informative and to the point when we call to speak with providers and nursing staff. At times, we may need to speak directly to a provider for a back and forth conversation to save us all time.
- You can trust our assessments. We promise to give you the information you need to make decisions for the betterment of our patients.
- We promise to be clear with patients the cost of treatment and also problem solve the best way for patients to receive therapy within their budget.
- Our patients are the top priority.
